Jonathan Griffith conducted the orchestra accompanied by a 300 voice chorus, and CNN was present to chronicle the memorable event and interview the composer. 
Morning Edition's featurred story on Christmas 2001 was an interview of Earnestine Rodgers Robinson and musical excerpts from her oratorio, "The Nativity" as it premiere at Carnegie Hall In November 2001.
